Insurance Policy

POV Clarity is currently In-Network (INN) with Curative Health Plan and Optum. Upon verification of your eligibility, we are  able to submit claims on your behalf for these health plan, collecting from you only the deductible, copay, and/or coinsurance amounts required by your health plan.

We are currently credentialed with ComPsych to provide Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) benefits. Coverage requires a prior referral from ComPsych.

Upon acceptable terms, we will accept a "single-case agreement" with a health plan we are not contracted with.

All other services are offered on a self-pay basis only. Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill for submission to your health plan if they reimburse for out-of-network charges, but you would pay me in full at the time services are provided. Please note that federal insurance plans (including VA health, Medicare, and Medicaid) will not cover services provided from outside the US.
